Pay & Incentives
- Base Pay: $31,200 + unlimited commissions on Property and Casualty, Life Insurance Referrals, AAA Memberships, and Credit Card sales
- Average annual earnings range: $57,000–$87,000+, based on performance and sales results
- Supplemental ramp-up pay, paid monthly, to support productivity during the first six months
- Elevated incentive payout structure during the first 15 months to accelerate early earnings
- New Hire On-Pace Bonus tied to performance milestones

Work Schedule & Environment
- Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- 40 hours per week, scheduled one hour for lunch
- Work in a temperature-controlled AAA branch location
- Occasional travel to branch or community events
