POSITION TITLE: Insurance Sales Agent
STATUS: Exempt
LOCATION: Nelson County (office in Lovingston, VA)
REPORTS TO: Agency Manager
COMPENSATION RANGE: Average First-Year Total Compensation: $52,000 – $125,000 annually (inclusive of base salary)

Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication abilities (oral and written).
- Time management expertise.
- A passion for sales.
Qualifications
- Property & Casualty license and Life, Health & Annuities license preferred.
- Experience in sales is helpful but not required.

Pay
Base Salary: $37,000 – $52,000 annually (dependent upon location and established book of business)
