About the role

Bankers Life® is seeking motivated individuals to join as Insurance Sales Agents. In this role you will assess clients' financial needs, provide expert life and health insurance recommendations, and deliver exceptional customer service while building lasting relationships in your community.

Responsibilities

Compensation

Money Matters (average income ranges across all Insurance Sales Agents):

• 1st year: $40,000 – $65,000
• 3rd year: $60,000 – $90,000
• 5th year: $75,000 – $130,000
