Insurance Sales Agent- Dinwiddie
Exempt position located in Dinwiddie County with travel required to meet with existing and new clients. Reports to the Agency Manager.

Pay
Average first-year total compensation: $52,000 – $125,000 annually (inclusive of base salary, commissions, and performance-based earnings). Base salary ranges from $37,000 – $52,000 annually, depending on location and established book of business. Earnings are driven by individual effort, hustle, and client relationships. Unlimited earning potential with no ceiling.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community members and organizations
- Service and grow an existing book of business
- Generate new sales through commissions and performance-based earnings
- Work independently with strong time management skills
Requirements
- Property & Casualty license and Life, Health & Annuities license (or ability to obtain them—Virginia Farm Bureau provides and pays for licensing training)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Prior sales experience (any industry) is helpful but not required
- Goal-oriented and driven to succeed
