About the role
Launch your sales career with Steadily! We’re hiring motivated Sales Agents to join our growing team in the Kansas City area. No insurance license or sales experience required — we’ll pay for your training and licensing so you can hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Engage in customer-facing sales roles with uncapped commission potential.
- Adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.
- Work within a collaborative, fast-paced insurtech environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role (insurance experience a plus, but not required).
- Strong computer skills and ability to adapt to new tools quickly.
- Motivated by sales goals and uncapped commission.
- Self-starter who thrives under accountability.
Pay
$60K base salary + uncapped commission, averaging $100K-$200K+ (top agents earn $200K+).
