This is an in-office sales role focused on growing a new book of business in Colorado, with access to Brightway's national carrier network and agency support infrastructure. What You'll Do Quote and sell Property & Casualty personal lines insurance across multiple carriers Build new referral relationships through community and business networking Identify and engage potential customers through established lead-generation methods Develop and maintain strong business relationships Consistently work toward new business sales targets What We're Looking For No prior insurance experience required — sales background welcomed Property & Casualty license required; licensing sponsorship available for the right candidate Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently Strong communication and relationship-building skills Bilingual candidates are a plus Why Brightway?
