This is a growth hire for an agency actively expanding and working to return to Elite status, with two openings available — one newly created seat and one backfill. This is a hybrid role (one day in-office, remote the rest of the week) focused on personal lines insurance sales. What You’ll Do Sell Property & Casualty personal lines insurance using a consultative sales approachBuild and manage a mix of provided and self-sourced leads — this is not a sit-and-wait-for-the-phone-to-ring roleActively network and attend community/industry events to generate new businessWork toward production-based incentives, including special staff promotionsContribute to the agency’s growth goals and help rebuild toward Elite status What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of insurance experience requiredActive Property & Casualty license required at hire — candidates without a license may be considered if they can become licensed before their start dateHunter/farmer mentality — a self-starter and relationship builder who’s comfortable on the phone and in the communityDriven, competitive, and coachable; a background in athletics or similarly competitive environments is a plusMature, likable personality with strong follow-through — punctual and self-directed without needing oversightCommercial insurance experience is a plus, though not required Compensation & Benefits Base pay: $26K + commission (25% new business commission rate, with potential to increase based on production)Bonuses and performance incentives, including staff promotions tied to production (e.g., event tickets)Phone and laptop provided; cell phone reimbursed15 days PTO in the first yearHalf-day Fridays once a month Why Brightway?
