Responsibilities

• Assist customers with various insurance needs: new policies, editing existing policies, taking payments, renewing and reinstating policies, answering questions.
• Inspect vehicles, examining general condition, age, and other characteristics to determine acceptable insurance risk.
• Seek out new clients, generate prospect lists, and develop clientele through networking and marketing.
• Develop marketing strategies with your office manager to attract new customers.
• Perform administrative tasks, handle policy renewals, and contact underwriting to complete policies.
• Assist with daily housekeeping routines.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation for daily marketing activities.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and quickly learn company/proprietary software.
• Willingness to complete continuing education courses (paid by A‑MAX) to maintain active license status with TDI.
• Must be able to work in an office setting (IN‑OFFICE position).

Skills

• Customer service or insurance sales experience (preferred).
• Bilingual Spanish/English (preferred).
