Qualifications
Hold a 2-20 Property and Casualty license.
Have a minimum of 2 years in Insurance.
Responsibilities
- Take minimum of 25 inbound calls per day.
- Reach out to existing customers and cross-sell products and services.
- Address questions and find solutions for clients by adhering to “Start to Finish” Service
- This includes but not limited to, addressing any customer questions or concerns, setting expectations, and completing any follow up work from your client interactions
- Identify and address the client’s needs and fill any coverage or policy gaps that are recognized.
- Affix assistance to customers in office.
