Full-time, in-office position in the Sales department based in Overland Park, KS (Kansas City Metro).
About the role
Steadily is hiring a high-performing Insurance Sales Agent. You’ll be surrounded by top-tier sales agents in personal lines insurance, fostering a competitive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate expertise in personal lines insurance sales, particularly Homeowners/Dwelling Fire policies.
- Adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.
- Thrive in a goal-driven, commission-based sales environment.
- Take initiative and operate with accountability.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a licensed Property & Casualty insurance producer with a track record of high performance.
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license in your resident state (non-resident licenses will be secured by Steadily).
- Strong computer skills and tech-savviness.
- Competitive, self-motivated, and driven by sales goals.
Pay
$60K base salary + uncapped commission, with average earnings of $100K–$200K+ (top agents earn $200K+). Includes equity in a fast-growing company.
