Responsibilities
- Build relationships with prospective and existing clients through proactive communication
- Quote, market, and present personalized insurance solutions
- Follow up on lost business, unsold quotes, inbound inquiries, and monoline accounts
- Identify opportunities to round out accounts and strengthen client protection
- Listen to client needs, ask thoughtful questions, and recommend coverage options
- Manage leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity with consistency
- Work toward individual and agency sales goals
- Maintain accurate client and prospect information in agency systems
- Partner with teammates, account managers, and carrier partners to deliver a strong client experience
- Solicit referrals, support client retention, and help build long-term agency relationships
Requirements
- Hold a Property & Casualty insurance license or be willing to obtain one
- Have strong communication skills and enjoy connecting with people
- Bring a competitive mindset and a desire to win
- Be proactive, organized, and consistent with follow-up
- Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced sales environment
- Be open to coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement
- Demonstrate strong follow-through, accountability, and work ethic

Pay
- Annual base salary plus commission and bonus opportunities
- First-year compensation range of $45,000–$75,000
- Competitive uncapped commission potential
- Estimated $125,000 by year three based on productivity
