Responsibilities

• Handle pre-qualified inbound prospects actively looking for health insurance.
• Educate, present smart options, and guide enrollments with clarity and confidence.
• Sharpen your game with coaching and targeted training.
• Stack results that open doors to leadership and bigger opportunities.

Requirements

• Sales experience preferred (but no license required to start!)
• An entrepreneurial, go-getter mindset
• A willingness to learn and pass the licensing exam
• A leadership mentality and strong communication skills
• Coachability, drive, and a hunger for personal and professional growth
