Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of client needs to provide bespoke insurance solutions.
- Drive sales growth by cross-selling and upselling insurance products.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Morningside Insurance Group’s offerings to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.
- Adhere to all necessary regulations and standards within the insurance industry.
- Engage with clients through phone and email correspondences, ensuring transparency and professional interactions.
Requirements
- Licensing: Possession of an active Iowa Property & Casualty License is preferred but not mandatory to apply.
- Central, Mountain, or Pacific time required.
- Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Customer Service: Must have a customer-centric approach with a focus on meeting client needs.
- Remote Work Capability: Proven ability to remain productive and engaged in a fully remote setting.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and market conditions.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with digital communication tools and CRM systems is beneficial.
