Insurance Recovery Practice Attorney - Senior

Ashurst Perkins Coie LLP is seeking an attorney to join the Firm’s Chambers-ranked Insurance Recovery practice. The role focuses on securing defense and indemnity coverage for a variety of third-party liability claims under almost every type of commercial insurance policy, handling some of the largest policyholder cases in the nation.

About the role

The successful candidate will work directly with insurance company adjusters and underlying defense counsel to enforce policyholders' rights to coverage for a wide spectrum of losses and liabilities. This is a non-partnership track position with a lower annual billable hour requirement, and candidates seeking a flexible work schedule are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist with securing defense and indemnity coverage for third-party liability claims.
• Work directly with insurance company adjusters and underlying defense counsel.
• Enforce policyholders' rights to coverage under various commercial insurance policies.

Requirements

• At least four years of experience in insurance coverage, preferably at another AmLaw 200 firm or policyholder boutique.
