Responsibilities
- Inspect properties for damage and assess coverage needs
- Document findings in accordance with insurance guidelines
- Communicate with clients and adjusters regarding inspection results
- Ensure all inspections are conducted safely and within legal requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Qualifications
- Experience in property inspection or related field
- Knowledge of insurance policies and claims handling
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
