About the role
Responsible for conducting thorough inspections of insurance properties to assess damage and provide reports.
Responsibilities
- Inspect properties for damage caused by natural disasters or other incidents.
- Document findings and prepare detailed inspection reports.
- Communicate with clients and adjusters regarding property status and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with insurance policies and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in property inspection or related field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
