About the role
Inspect properties for insurance purposes, ensuring compliance with insurance standards and documenting findings.
Responsibilities
- Inspect properties for damage and assess repair needs
- Document findings in accordance with insurance guidelines
- Communicate with clients regarding inspection results and next steps
- Ensure all inspections are conducted safely and within legal requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in property inspection
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of insurance claims processes
Skills
