About the role
Inspect properties for insurance purposes, ensuring compliance with insurance standards and documenting findings.
Responsibilities
- Inspect properties for damage and compliance with insurance standards
- Document findings and prepare reports
- Communicate with clients and adjusters regarding inspection results
- Ensure all inspections are conducted safely and in accordance with company policies
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience in property inspection or related field
- Knowledge of insurance regulations and standards
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using digital tools for data management and reporting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
