Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of homes and businesses
• Capture detailed photographs and document key features
• Audit conditions and identify potential hazards or concerns
• Gather accurate data for underwriting decisions
• Compile thorough, high-quality underwriting survey reports

Requirements

• Comfortable using computers, mobile devices, and web-based applications
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for inspections
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• The ability to work independently and manage your schedule
• Close attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in property inspection or related field preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
