About the role
Inspect properties for insurance purposes, ensuring compliance with insurance standards and assessing damage.
Responsibilities
- Inspect properties for insurance coverage
- Document findings and prepare reports
- Assess property damage and provide estimates
- Ensure all inspections comply with insurance regulations
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of insurance claims procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (preferred)
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in property inspection
- Strong attention to detail
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in computer software, including Excel and Word
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
