Insurance Product Development & Coverage Analysis Manager - Medmarc

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and implementation of new insurance products
• Draft coverage language and provide innovative coverage solutions
• Conduct market analysis and consult on coverage needs
• Provide internal and external coverage training and consultations
• Monitor and report on competitor product offerings and policies
• Create coverage-related educational materials for onboarding and training
• Cook with Legal for compliance and regulatory filings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; JD preferred
• 5+ years in casualty insurance or legal coverage consultation
• Experienced in developing and analyzing insurance coverage language
• CPCU, AIC, or ARM certification strongly preferred
• Self-motivated with excellent relationship management skills
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and sales abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
