Key Responsibilities
- Provide information to leadership/management that will affect profit and growth plan execution on an ongoing basis.
- Develop reports, analysis, or recommended strategies related to product development or enhancement, product language, underwriting guidelines, processes, and agent business practices.
- Analyze information and present opportunities to improve product or business practices and procedures.
- Monitor effectiveness of current products and recommend changes and/or enhancements to management.
- Analyze information and/or data in support of the formulation and execution of operational plans.
- May specialize in supporting policy forms development and implementation.
- Research philosophies and strategies that support growth and long-term profitability goals.
Qualifications
- A minimum of three years experience as a successful Insurance Product Analyst or similar role in P&C Insurance industry.
- Knowledge of insurance products, policy forms, underwriting, pricing, and product development.
- Familiarity with Excess & Surplus Lines markets is a plus.
- Strong time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a relevant field.
Pay and Benefits
The Pay Range For This Role Is 70,000 - 80,000 USD per year(Remote)
