Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, and close new insurance business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and excellent service.
  • Assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage options.
  • Utilize multiple resources to be successful, such as inbound and outbound calls, referrals, social media, etc.
  • Collaborate closely with underwriters and service teams to deliver the best solutions.
  • Maintain and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, carrier products, and compliance regulations.

Requirements

  • Active TX P&C insurance license
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up and client management abilities.
