Key Responsibilities
- Develop, and close new insurance business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and excellent service.
- Assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage options.
- Utilize multiple resources to be successful, such as inbound and outbound calls, referrals, social media, etc.
- Collaborate closely with underwriters and service teams to deliver the best solutions.
- Maintain and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, carrier products, and compliance regulations.
Requirements
- Active TX P&C insurance license
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and client management abilities.
