Insurance Producer - Chesapeake, VA

About the role

As an Insurance Producer with Horace Mann, you will provide auto, home, life insurance products, retirement, and financial solutions specifically geared to and priced for educators. You will report to the Regional Field Leader, who also acts as the Agency Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Dedication to solving the financial challenges educators face.
• Present information to potential customers one‑on‑one and in large groups.
• Attend networking, community, sales, and industry events.
• Gain market access and build relationships.
• Invest time and resources to ensure business success.
• Obtain resident General Lines – Life and Health license and Property and Casualty license.

Compensation

• Performance‑based compensation package with a 36‑month incentive and “enhanced” commissions.
• Monthly incentives based on sales volume during months 1‑36.
• Quarterly production incentives for the first 36 months.
• Uncapped earning potential.
