About the role
As an Insurance Agent in this division, you will be responsible for prospecting, selling insurance products, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and qualifying potential clients
- Selling life, health, disability, and property/casualty insurance products
- Providing personalized insurance solutions to meet client needs
- Managing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Participating in team meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- A valid driver's license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong sales background or willingness to learn
- Valid state insurance license (if applicable)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (optional)
- Experience in the insurance industry preferred
- Passion for helping others and building long-term relationships
Skills

- Proficient in using CRM software
- Ability to travel as needed

Pay
