Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and outreach
- Generate new business across personal and/or commercial lines
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and growth
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license (required)
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or insurance production
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
