Responsibilities

• Dispatch directly from your home to assigned job sites, taking ownership of your daily schedule by coordinating and managing client appointments.
• Conduct both in-person and virtual audits, carefully reviewing payroll records, financial documents, and business operations data.
• Analyze information to ensure accuracy and compliance with insurance standards, staying organized and efficient.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and supporting documentation to help clients and internal teams rely on your work with confidence.

Requirements

• Experience in finance, accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, loan officer, or premium audit position (office administration or financial analysis experience beneficial).
• Associate degree or higher in math, accounting, education, marketing, or business management (candidates without experience may be considered).
• Proficiency with technology, computers, video conference software, and Microsoft‑based programs.
• Professional attitude, team spirit, and effective verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, stay organized, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Self‑starter mentality with resourceful problem‑solving skills and a drive to meet targets.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening test.

Pay

$42,000–$55,000 per year

Schedule

Full‑time opportunities, working either 8 am–5 pm or 7 am–4 pm, Monday through Friday. Choose a schedule that supports your lifestyle while maintaining a consistent routine.
