About the role

Porch Group is a leading vertical software and insurance platform positioned to be the best partner to help homebuyers move, maintain, and fully protect their homes. As the Insurance Marketing Specialist, you will be the go-to resource for agent-facing marketing collateral at Homeowners of America (HOA) and Porch Insurance. This role owns the creation, accuracy, versioning, and distribution of materials that help independent agents understand, sell, and champion our products. Working closely with sales, product, legal, and underwriting, you will ensure that all collateral is current, compliant, and compelling.

Responsibilities

  • Collateral Creation & Management
    • Coordinate, design, edit, and update agent-facing marketing materials — including product sheets, presentations, flyers, and sales collateral — across all lines of business.
    • Maintain a working knowledge of each product and tailor materials accordingly, incorporating rate changes, appetite updates, and product revisions in coordination with product managers.
    • Develop materials that equip agents to communicate HOA/Porch product value to their own customers (homeowners), supporting the agent-to-homeowner marketing chain.
    • Manage collateral reviews, stakeholder feedback, and approval processes to ensure materials remain accurate, compliant, and on-brand.
    • Maintain organized, up-to-date marketing libraries with version control and archiving of outdated content.
  • Agent Engagement
    • Serve as the marketing point of contact for field sales, surfacing agent content needs and translating them into collateral and targeted campaigns.
    • Collect and organize agent testimonials and proof points to strengthen sales materials.
  • Agent Collateral Coordination
    • Coordinate agent collateral requests and project timelines, prioritizing based on business needs, deadlines, and approval requirements.
    • Attend sales, product, and stakeholder meetings to document priorities, track updates, and identify collateral needs.
    • Provide regular updates on project status, timelines, and blockers to support smooth execution across teams.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of marketing experience with direct exposure to the insurance industry required.
  • Direct experience working with or marketing to independent agents required; familiarity with property & casualty insurance products required.
  • Background at a carrier, MGA, wholesaler, or insurtech serving the IA channel preferred.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate complex product details into clear, agent-ready content.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Familiarity with legal review and compliance processes for insurance marketing materials.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or marketing automation platforms a plus, particularly for journey/trigger-based email content.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholder feedback simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Proven experience working with US-based business teams.
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English.

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

Pay

Pay Range: 1,068,800 – 1,496,300 INR annually. Actual pay will reflect factors such as work experience, skillsets, job-related knowledge, alignment with market and Porch employees, and geographic location.
