About the role

The Opportunity: At Platinum Home Design, you run your own book — from the first knock on a door to the final walkthrough. You identify damage, open claims, meet adjusters, close deals, and see projects through to completion. No handoffs. No micromanagement. Full ownership, full commission.

What You'll Do

• Self-source leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and your own network
• Perform professional roof and exterior inspections to identify storm and insurance-eligible damage
• Educate homeowners on their options and guide them through the claims process
• Represent homeowners at adjuster meetings to protect the scope of work
• Close restoration and retail roofing projects
• Manage projects from signed contract through final walkthrough
• Be the single point of contact your customers trust throughout the entire process

Who This Is For You

• You know how to read a roof and identify legitimate storm damage (or you're a quick and willing learner)
• You own a truck and a ladder and you use them
• You've worked in a commission-only environment and you've thrived in it
• You can advocate for a homeowner with an adjuster and win

Compensation

100% commission, 1099. No cap, no ceiling. This structure rewards performance. Reps who prospect consistently and close confidently earn well above industry averages.
