About the role
LCS, a leading loss control provider in the insurance industry, is seeking insurance inspectors in the New England region.
Responsibilities
- The understanding of general liability and property coverages and apply such to assess the exposures at an insured’s property.
- Ability to coordinate appointments/visits with insureds
- Ability to meet due dates by completing timely inspecting and reporting
- Detail oriented with flexibility in scheduling and reliable transportation
- Completing pre-visit phone interview along with on-site inspection
- Identifying potential hazards and developing recommendations to mitigate loss
- Completion of reporting via web-based workflow management system, including uploading photos and diagrams as necessary.
- Communicate well with both LCS and the insured
- Utilizing digital photography and measuring wheel
Requirements
Candidates must be willing to complete a background check.
Qualifications
Previous experience required in both residential and commercial inspections.
