About the role

Kelly Agency is seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing inside sales team. Responsibilities

  • Conduct insurance reviews and identify coverage gaps and opportunities.
  • Cross-sell and bundle policies to deepen customer relationships.
  • Re-engage previous customers through targeted win-back campaigns.
  • Convert inbound opportunities into new business.
  • Educate customers on insurance products, coverage options, discounts, and policy features.
  • Handle customer service requests, policy changes, payments, and claims assistance.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships through consultative sales conversations.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Meet and exceed monthly production goals.
  • Utilize agency technology platforms to manage leads and customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
  • Minimum of 3 years of insurance sales experience.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales goals and building customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
  • Strong computer proficiency and ability to work across multiple systems simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Recent Allstate experience is a plus.
  • Positive, coachable, and self-motivated.
  • Competitive mindset with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Passion for helping customers protect their families and assets.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and having meaningful sales conversations.
  • Team-oriented while capable of working independently.
