Kelly Agency is seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing inside sales team. Responsibilities
- Conduct insurance reviews and identify coverage gaps and opportunities.
- Cross-sell and bundle policies to deepen customer relationships.
- Re-engage previous customers through targeted win-back campaigns.
- Convert inbound opportunities into new business.
- Educate customers on insurance products, coverage options, discounts, and policy features.
- Handle customer service requests, policy changes, payments, and claims assistance.
- Build trust and long-term relationships through consultative sales conversations.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Meet and exceed monthly production goals.
- Utilize agency technology platforms to manage leads and customer interactions.
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- Minimum of 3 years of insurance sales experience.
- Strong track record of achieving sales goals and building customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to work across multiple systems simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Recent Allstate experience is a plus.
- Positive, coachable, and self-motivated.
- Competitive mindset with a strong desire to succeed.
- Passion for helping customers protect their families and assets.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and having meaningful sales conversations.
