Insurance Implementation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional onboarding experiences for Insurance Products implementation.
• Help clients develop the skills and confidence to use our products with ease.
• Analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes.
• Incorporate new processes, tools, and approaches when recommending and implementing the ADP solution.
• Interact/collaborate with ADP associates in sales and customer service.
• Exchange routine information with members of the client project team, including priorities, timeliness, and issues as they arise.
• Multi-task and communicate with clients, sales, and other service associates.
• Work on multiple time-sensitive follow-ups/projects at the same time.
• Share essential information with clients and internal teams.
• Organize yourself to deal with a high volume of inbound calls.
• Work overtime hours during peak seasons, like at the close of the year.

Requirements

• Prior experience is not required; we will train you to be successful!
• Can work overtime hours during peak seasons.
• Strong follow-up skills for timely and effective closure of open items on Sales Orders and in the Implementation Process.
• Strong oral communication skills with clients, sales, and other service associates.
• Strong ability to work effectively under pressure of time constraint, while maintaining a professional service and attitude.

Qualifications

• A college degree is great but not required.
• Must have or receive the appropriate Property & Casualty insurance license within 30 days of employment.
