Insurance Enrollment Agent (Home Health & ACA)

Job Location & Classification
Remote — candidates must reside in one of the following states: AL, AZ, AR, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, MI, MS, MO, NE, NH, NM, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI, or WY. Full-Time, W-2 position.
Pay
$20.00 per hour, plus commission, with weekly payouts, bonuses, and incentives.
Responsibilities
- Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Build lasting relationships with clients through open, honest communication
- Provide accurate, comprehensive information using the best tools and resources
- Resolve customer concerns with effective solutions — follow-up is key
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and account processes
- Stay compliant by following communication guidelines and company policies

Requirements
- Active Health Insurance License required
- Current FFM (Federally-facilitated Marketplace) certification/registration for the applicable year
- Willingness to obtain licenses in states such as AL, FL, GA, TX, VA, and more
- At least 1 year of experience with Home Health and/or ACA (Affordable Care Act) plans preferred
- Superior communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette
- Ability to work full-time, including some weekends
