Responsibilities

  • Represent our clients in all stages of civil litigation, including pre-trial preparation, discovery, settlement negotiations, trial, and appeals.
  • Conduct thorough and detailed legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and settlement agreements.
  • Advising clients on their legal rights and obligations, and helping them understand the potential implications of different legal strategies.
  • Collaborate with our team of attorneys to develop and implement effective legal strategies that align with our clients' goals and interests.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents, and apply this knowledge to advance our clients' interests.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct and ethical practice at all times.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Absent other requirements, admission to the state bar and in good standing.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a focus on civil litigation.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and driving civil cases from start to finish.
  • Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively advocate for our clients' interests.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with a proven ability to achieve favorable settlements for our clients.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of legal practice.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using legal research tools and software.
  • Willingness and ability to stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
