Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Contact carriers to investigate insurance claims
- Confirm proper insurance coverage
- Obtain denial letters for the license suspension team
- Use industry specific software to enter and update our database
- Handle inbound calls
- Maintain strong organization skills
- Precise attention to detail
- Comfortable with computers and MS Office
- Willing to learn new computer skills
- Demonstrate initiative and good judgment
- Work well in a fast-paced environment
