What You'll Do Manage property and liability insurance claims from intake through resolutionCoordinate with insurance carriers, brokers, adjusters, vendors, and internal stakeholdersReview incident reports and gather supporting documentationMonitor claim status, expenses, invoices, and recovery opportunitiesMaintain accurate claim records and reportingSupport risk management and loss prevention initiativesAssist with inspections, documentation requests, and claim-related communicationsPartner with internal teams to ensure timely claim resolution What You Bring 2+ years of insurance claims, risk management, property management, or related experienceStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPointStrong attention to detail and documentation accuracyHigh School Diploma or GED required Preferred Qualifications Property and liability claims experienceBackground in property management, insurance, real estate, accounting, or financeExperience with Yardi or similar property management softwareStrong analytical and reporting skillsExperience working with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and insurance partners All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
