What You’ll Drive

  • Review auto insurance estimates for accuracy of part identification, repair vs. replace decisions, labor charges, photo quality, and documentation of files.
  • Verify compliance with program mandates, such as parts usage, labor rates, allowed operations, etc.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to appraisers based on review findings to improve program compliance and store appraiser development/retention.
  • Improve store profitability and ARO.
  • Balance multiple priorities, demonstrate proficient technical skills for handling client responsibilities, and deliver a high-quality work product.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of professional and industry standards and practices.
  • Think independently and solve problems in a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communications skills.

What You’ll Bring

  • A minimum of 2 years’ automotive appraisal experience preferred and/or experience as technician, painter, or manager in an auto body shop.
  • 1-2 years’ experience as an insurance re-inspector or desk reviewer preferred.
  • Experience with the CCC One/ADXE/Mitchell estimating platform.
  • Ability to self-manage workload.
  • Experience working in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong customer service as well as relationship & conflict management skills.

The Central Review Analyst’s primary goal is to review estimates and take action to ensure quality of the estimate and quality of the overall repair. You will process customer orders, bills, and accounts, as well as applications for service, maintenance, and termination.

$48,500.00 - $86,600.00
