Responsibilities

• Reviewing insurance documentation and compliance materials to ensure adherence to contractual requirements
• Maintaining records, reporting, and tracking related to insurance programs and renewals
• Monitoring submissions and coordinating updates through third-party platforms
• Communicating with tenants, vendors, brokers, carriers, and internal stakeholders regarding documentation and compliance needs
• Supporting claims administration and training initiatives as needed
• Performing account audits, reconciliations, and data updates to maintain accuracy
• Providing general administrative and project coordination support to a high-visibility team

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in administration, operations, property management, or related office environments
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation and compliance-related work
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and office technology
• A proactive, accountable, and collaborative work style with a desire for long-term professional growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
