Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in property appraisal or related field.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
• Experience with property valuation and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
