About the role

At Jonathan Yu State Farm, we are passionate about helping our customers save on insurance, from auto and home to renters and life insurance. We are currently looking for a dedicated, motivated, and customer-oriented Bilingual Spanish Insurance Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound calls, networking, and referrals.
• Sell auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies to new and existing customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Understand customer needs and offer the appropriate products and services to meet them.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure all client inquiries are handled with care and efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and State Farm offerings to best assist clients.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• Sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people
• Strong work ethic and desire to meet sales goals
• A proactive and self-driven attitude
• Able to work well in a team environment
• Must be licensed or willing to obtain an insurance license

$40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
