Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Agent Team Member
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.

We are located in Largo, MD and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including auto insurance, home insurance, life insurance, and retirement planning.
Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Conduct interviews in the office and in customers' homes or businesses.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and listening.
- Self-motivated with the ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews.
- Ability to obtain Life and Health license.
- Ability to obtain Property and Casualty license.
