Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Provide tailored insurance solutions across Auto, Home, Life, and Business lines
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ongoing policy support
- Work with district leadership to achieve sales and performance goals
- Manage day-to-day business operations, including marketing and client outreach
- Recruit, train, and oversee licensed support staff as your business grows

Qualifications
- Active California Property & Casualty License (Required)
- Active Life & Health License (Required)
- Sales, customer service, or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset

- Ability to satisfy program requirements related to business operations and licensing
