Insurance Agent in Training (Guaranteed base salary + uncapped commissions)

About the role

We are one of the fastest growing Farmers agencies in Las Vegas and we are looking to add one more high performing agent to our team. Our agency is fast paced and high producing, but our team environment is centered on helping each other become the best versions of ourselves.

Responsibilities

• Earn a competitive base salary, plus uncapped commissions, giving you full control over your income.
• Earn new business commissions and renewal income on existing clients, allowing your income to grow year over year.
• Generate insurance quotes for new and existing clients.
• Review coverage and make informed recommendations to best suit your clients' needs.
• Manage a pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
• Develop long-term client relationships that drive retention and referrals.
• Have an outgoing personality and positive attitude.

Requirements

• Comfortable with high volume outbound calling.
• Coachable and open to feedback.
• Actively prospect and generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and networking.
• Have an outgoing personality and positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent.
• Obtain NV property, casualty, life & health licenses (tuition is sponsored by the agency).
