Responsibilities
- Selling auto, home, life, and related insurance products using a consultative, needs-based approach.
- Building and maintaining a book of business through referrals, networking, and community engagement.
- Identifying prospects via established lead methodologies and relationship-driven outreach.
- Accurately documenting customer interactions and handling sensitive information with integrity.
- Utilizing insurance sales technology, relationship management tools, and multi-carrier platforms to deliver tailored solutions.
- Participating in training, coaching, and performance incentives for continuous improvement.
Qualifications And Skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and professional with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Outgoing, tech-savvy, and able to handle multiple accounts or priorities.
- Calm under pressure and responsive to customer needs.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, sales, or related fields is preferred.
- Willingness to obtain relevant licenses upon hire.
