Responsibilities

  • Identifying prospects via established lead methodologies and relationship-driven outreach.
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions and handling sensitive information with integrity.
  • Utilizing insurance sales technology, relationship management tools, and multi-carrier platforms to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Participating in training, coaching, and performance incentives for continuous improvement.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Self-motivated, reliable, and professional with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Outgoing, tech-savvy, and able to handle multiple accounts or priorities.
  • Calm under pressure and responsive to customer needs.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, sales, or related fields is preferred.
  • Willingness to obtain relevant licenses upon hire.
