Insurance Agent (Base salary + Uncapped commissions)

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by contacting potential clients and presenting products/services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage sales pipelines effectively, tracking progress towards closing deals.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
