About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Comparion Insurance. This position is responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Present product information and services to potential clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Manage and close sales effectively, ensuring timely and accurate billing and follow-up.
- Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
