About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. This position is responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Present products and services effectively to potential clients, providing detailed information about our offerings.
- Manage sales pipeline from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.
- Participate in regular meetings with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
