About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Comparion Insurance. This position is responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue potential clients through various channels
- Conduct initial consultations to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Present products and services effectively to prospects and clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive sales strategies

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
