Responsibilities
- Play a vital role in guiding individuals through their Medicare enrollment journey.
- Conduct needs analyses to educate and advise clients on the best Medicare solutions.
- Facilitate the full enrollment process for prospective clients.
- Hit revenue benchmarks within 90 days of starting in the role.
- Accurately document all client interactions and maintain compliance standards.
- Collaborate with leadership and peers to support a strong, team-driven culture.
- Continuously develop product and industry knowledge to adapt to client needs.
- Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to team performance.
- Participate in advancement opportunities and mentorship within the agency.

- Maintains high professional and ethical standards.
- Effectively communicates product information during in-person and phone consultations.
- Navigates CRM tools, call systems, and digital enrollment platforms.
- Focused on achieving key performance metrics daily.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales or customer service experience.
- Bachelor’s degree (Required).
- Ability to obtain Life & Health Insurance license during training.
- Demonstrated track record of hitting performance-based targets is a plus.

Benefits
- $50,000 base salary plus commission - Increase to $55,000 base once matured through our training program after 90 days.
- Average $60,000-$75,000 in their first year.
- Average $80,000+ in their second year.
